Attendance and Leave Rules

A minimum of 80% attendance is required in both Class XI and XII.
Students who are absent for even one day are to present a leave note signed by the parent/guardian. In the 'Leave Application' page at the end of the diary.
For longer absences, the parent/guardian is requested to meet the class teacher and/or the Coordinators/Head at the earliest.
Absenteeism on medical grounds for more than three days must be supported by a medical certificate. A fitness certificate should be submitted for those who have recovered from an infectious disease.
Any student who is absent for two successive calendar weeks without prior permission will have his/her name removed from the Admission register.
Any student whose name has been struck off the Admission register may be re-admitted at the discretion of the Head on payment of arrears and fines in full and a re-admission fee.
