The School Authorities Require That You Will....
- Attend classes regularly. A minimum of 80% attendance is required.
- Arrive on time for your classes. Theory Classes start at 8:15am and practical classes start at 7:45am.
- Not leave during the day without permission from the Principal/Headmistress.
- Wear your complete uniform with respect.
- Take advantage of every chance to learn and speak only English while in school.
- Not take part in unacceptable behavior such as swearing, spitting, fighting, littering, damaging property, carrying weapons and dangerous instruments.
- Not rag or bully any student in the school. Ragging is strictly prohibited in the school.
- Show respect for your physical well being by not smoking, chewing betel nut, and not taking alcohol, drugs or viewing objectionable literature or websites.
- Present a good image, especially by behaving yourself when you are in public.
- Speak positively of your institution and your teachers and co-operate with all members of the Staff.
- Participate whole heartedly in activities organized by the School.
- Follow all instructions given by members of the Staff, the Captains and the Prefects.
- Show respect and reverence during prayers and the singing of the National or School Anthems.
- Maintain silence in the library at all times.
- Keep your classroom, institution and environment clean and tidy.
- Make necessary arrangements to be present before or after class hours to participate in academic, sports and other co-curricular activities whenever required.
- Not bring objectionable books, magazines or periodicals to the School.
- Not use mobile phones or any other electronic gadget in school. Strict action will be taken if you use them in school.
- Not drive motorized vehicles while coming to or returning from school on inside the school campus at any time.
- Not use unfair means during tests. Such conduct can lead to severe penalties.
- Come to school with a tidy haircut and nails neatly trimmed.
- The spirit of Edmundian family should be held with great respect.
Girls are expected
- Not to colour hair.
- To tie or plait their hair
- Not to put on make up.
- Refrain from inappropriate piercing of the body.
Boys are expected
- Not to color or bleach their hair.
- To neatly tend or shave facial hair.
- To have short, neat haircuts.
- Not to spike their hair.
- Not to put on make up.
